  • DROP IN CLASSES

    • YOGA (ALL LEVELS) – Hatha yoga from a variety of tradional styles, suitable for all levels
    • PILATES – Fantastic for posture and joint health, as well as a great workout for tummy and butt
    • YOGA-LATES Combines Pilates and Yoga for a balanced mind-body workout
    • YOGA FLOW A stronger yoga class not suitable for beginners
    • KUNDALINI-BASED HATHA YOGA This class aims to increase awareness, strength and flexibility, decrease stress, and move you toward the union of body, mind, and spirit.
    • RESTORATIVE YOGA Sunday is a great day to recharge the body and mind in preparation for the week ahead! Restorative yoga is great for those who are very active but spend little time relaxing and allowing their bodies to recover and it’s also great for people who are not very active (and inflexible) and not able to progress in a faster paced yoga class. This class will focus on long holds in a series of supported poses allowing muscles (and mind) time to relax and repair. Also great for gentle stretching. Poses can be more fully explored with time for continued adjustment.
    • KIRTAN – Musical meditation and more. Koha. All welcome.

    Bookings not required for drop in classes. However, please pre book if you have not attended one of our classes before. Cost for drop in classes $15 for a casual visit, $100 for a concession card for 10 visits can be used at any of the drop in classes.
