    • YOGA (ALL LEVELS) – Hatha yoga from a variety of traditional styles, suitable for all levels
    • PILATES – Fantastic for posture and joint health, as well as a great workout for tummy and butt
    • YOGA-LATES Combines Pilates and Yoga for a balanced mind-body workout
    • YOGA FLOW A stronger yoga class not suitable for beginners or those with reduced mobility or joint problems.
    • TRADITIONAL HOLISTIC YOGA THERAPY – 1.5 hours. Learn ancient techniques for the prevention and management of pain, injury and illness. This enjoyable class is perfect for those with arthritis, back pain, knee and hip pain. I am excited to bring this to my community after a recent training in traditional holistic yoga therapy. This is a natural addition to the yoga classes I have been teaching for 40 years now, and is also offered for one on one rehabilitation sessions. READ MORE
    • GENTLE YOGA (ALL LEVELS) – Hatha yoga from a variety of traditional styles, modified for those with lower mobility or joint problems. Please let me know prior to the class if you have any injuries or illness.
    • RELAXING YOGA (ALL LEVELS) – 1 hour 15 minutes. Focusing on breathing, relaxing muscle tension, calming the mind, and reducing stress, this class includes long resting periods and some meditation. Suitable for all levels
    • KUNDALINI-BASED HATHA YOGA This class aims to increase awareness, strength and flexibility, decrease stress, and move you toward the union of body, mind, and spirit.
    • RESTORATIVE YOGA Sunday is a great day to recharge the body and mind in preparation for the week ahead! Restorative yoga is great for those who are very active but spend little time relaxing and allowing their bodies to recover and it’s also great for people who are not very active (and inflexible) and not able to progress in a faster paced yoga class. This class will focus on long holds in a series of supported poses allowing muscles (and mind) time to relax and repair. Also great for gentle stretching. Poses can be more fully explored with time for continued adjustment.
    • KIRTAN – Musical meditation and more. Koha. All welcome.
