About this Event

Yoga has been used for centuries to help calm the mind and release tension in the body. Learn how and what you can do every day.

This workshop explains the principals behind the practice, and teaches basic exercises you can do easily each day to achieve balance and contentment in your life. The workshop is a fundamental session that teacher Jo offers during her transformational yoga retreats in Northland, New Zealand. Loose clothing and a mat, towel or blanket is recommended for the practical part of the workshop. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary although experienced yogis may find this assists them to deepen their practice. Suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility.
