Learn ancient techniques for the prevention and management of pain, injury and illness. This enjoyable class is perfect for those with arthritis, back pain, knee and hip pain. No need to sit cross legged or perform complicated acrobatics in this class. Balancing body, mind and breath with traditional exercises will improve mobility, help reduce pain and create better health and well-being. Enjoy a cup of Ayurvedic anti-inflammatory tea afterwards. I am excited to bring this to my community after a recent training in traditional holistic yoga therapy.
