Winter Yoga with Jac

Namaste my friends, I’m Jac and Yoga is my inspiration. I’ve been a health & fitness specialist since 2011. 700hr RYT in Hatha, Kali & Ashtanga. I have studied these particular styles of Yoga in India & Cambodia. In addition I have value added to my yoga practise with kids Yoga & yoga therapy for Kids movement in Australia.

I established My Yoga business “Yogaon by Jac” January 2016 then opened my studio in Australia in early 2017. I’m so excited to share with you my passion in what has to be, one of the most beautiful locations in the world, Whyangerie heads,

New Zealand.

Yoga has had an incredible positive impact in my life, and for this I’d love to share with you the gift of yoga in its pure essence, ​.

Friday: 8:00am yoga shred/power yoga
9am Hatha
5:pm – 6:15pm Chakra yoga dance

Post natal yoga Mums & Bubs – Baby on Board yoga
For mum, our beautiful post natal yoga play sessions will support post birth recovery and provide a safe place with other mums to honour your emotions and the beautiful (but sometimes challenging!) journey of motherhood. For your baby, Gentle stretching, whilst toning and strengthening. and welcoming back those tummy muscles. (recommended 8 weeks after delivery with GP consent)

Men mat…… errs – Yoga for men
Welcome all guys, if your stepping onto the mat for the first time of if your a practising yogi, ill meet you there.
Vinyasa yoga, including strength training focusing on mindful engagement. By stepping out of your comfort zone without judgement identifying yourself with inner exploration & a clearer understanding of mind body & nature.
life is about adventure, nothing ventured nothing gained. See you on the mat.

Kool kidzs yoga & yoga school holiday stay and play
These fun sessions are a great way for your child to unwind after a la big day at school. in a non-competitive and nurturing environment, we will practice playful asana sequences, challenging yoga style games, learn simple partner poses, learn skills & techniques for self-calming and stress relief. Thematic ideas such as peace, respect, gratitude & acceptance. sessions provide a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness. Helping to develop strong minds and bodies while learning to release tension and relax which helps keep the spirit bright.
