About Jo

Jo Woollacott has 40 years experience teaching Yoga, and is the owner/manager of WHY Retreat in Northland, New Zealand. She has trained extensively in Canada, Australia and New Zealand in Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, massage and Reiki, and completed a teacher training in Yoga Therapy (IYTA) in Cambodia in 2019. Jo is a Kaizen Holistic Health Coach, and offers Yoga and Meditation retreats as well as stress management programs from WHY RETREAT during the New Zealand summer. Jo’s own life experiences have driven her towards a multi-faceted and holistic approach to rehabilitation and health transformation. READ MORE

About Antonia

Antonia has been teaching meditation for 18 years and has a personal practice of 30 years. Her passion for mindfulness meditation was borne from a personal journey from a high stress working environment, wanting to move towards whole health and inner calm. She is a trained and registered Mindfulness Educator and founded The Mindful Coach to help support clients in decreasing stress and increasing their resilience and self-leadership.

Antonia has done extensive training with the Mindfulness Institute of Australasia (affiliated to UMASS Medical School for Mindfulness, US). She runs the internationally recognised and evidence based, eight week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, a four week Introduction to Mindfulness course with Mindfulness Works, delivers in-work trainings, presents at conferences and to groups interested in further training, delivers 1:1 coaching programs and runs Mindfulness retreats.

Antonia taught yoga for 18 years and is also trained in Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga TT and Yoga Nidra TT.
