Enjoy our new Sauna!



We are excited to announce the installation of a Far-Infrared Sauna in our retreat. There are many health benefits associated with Saunas and profuse sweating, including detoxification, weight loss, relaxation, pain relief, strengthening the immune system and the production of nitric oxide which is helpful in promoting cell function, increasing white blood cells, reducing inflammation, improving sleep quality, increasing strength and endurance, assisting in digestion, and even improving the senses!


People should avoid using the sauna if they are frail, prone to dizziness, pregnant, have hypertension or low blood pressure, are sensitive to heat, prone to bleeding, have cardiovascular conditions, MS or other other central nervous system disorders, diabetes or have silicone implants.

If you are feeling sick it would be best to avoid the sauna and rest.

It is also best to avoid inducing a sweat during menstruation.

If you ever feel light-headed, dizzy, or have heart palpitations, please leave the sauna immediately!
