6 day Yoga and Hiking Retreat

After your morning yoga class, pristine beaches, native bush and the iconic landscape of the Whangarei Heads Peninsula await you. All levels of fitness can be nurtured and challenged with hikes ranging from flat beach walks to 5 hour mountain trails. If you prefer to take to the water, kayaking, swimming, fishing and sailing can be arranged (may be additional cost). Or if you prefer to be pampered, book a massage, or healing session with one of the natural health practitioners in the area.
Your twin share room is well appointed and clean. The guest lounge has a private deck with panoramic views. Accommodation can be upgraded from twin share to private (additional $399)
Your host is passionate about healthy food, and puts flare and imagination as well as taste into the vegetarian meals prepared fresh for you. Food sensitivities and special dietary requirements are no problem. Jo is happy to share her recipes and open to meal time discussions about nutrition.

Thursday 4pm arrival, Darch Point walk, dinner, essential oils workshop and meditation
Friday – morning Yoga, Mt Aubrey loop walk
Saturday – morning Yoga, Mt Manaia hike
Sunday – morning yoga, Smugglers Cove beach walk
Monday – Ocean Beach walk, evening yoga
Tuesday – Morning yoga and pilates, check out 12 noon.
