Personal transformation is an ongoing process. However, initially it requires a series of essential steps, which after time become second nature. Designed for those who are ready to embark on a journey of transformation but need a little guidance on how to step onto the path, this retreat is intended to provide you with information, guidance, nuggets of wisdom and fact to enable you to allow yourself to transform and flourish. It is a guide onto the path of holistic wellness.

Once you know how to apply the skills you will learn at this retreat, life becomes a whole new experience.
Some may find a whole new meaning, calling or direction in life. For others it will still be possible to lead your usual life with family and career, however, your main focus will no longer be on things that cause stress – things such as money, status, material possessions and comparisons to others – but rather with a connection to your authentic self and a more balanced, holistic and therefore harmonious way of living.

The package includes 7 nights accommodation, meals and the daily sessions.
Options for those who do not require accommodation are available.

Facilitator; Shannon Douglas

Shannon spent 25 years travelling and living abroad, mostly based in Manchester UK where she qualified as an Advanced Holistic Hypnotherapist and Advanced EFT Practitioner. She also trained in Live Blood and Dry Blood Analysis (aka Nutritional Microscopy) in Cambridge UK and is qualified in various other modalities. She was invited to be a tutor at the Academy of Holistic Hypnotherapy and was also invited to participate in a multi-media presentation and a worldwide telecast about EFT. She attended international speaker and acclaimed author David R Hamilton PhD’s ‘Integrating Science’ residential training course at Lendrick Lodge Holistic Retreat and Spiritual Centre in Scotland, which included scientific, peer reviewed, published evidence on how the mind can heal the body, how our thoughts and emotions affect us physiologically, the nature of consciousness, emotional contagion – how we affect and are affected by others and more.

Inspired by her own personal transformation she has developed personal transformation, personal empowerment and holistic wellbeing workshops, programmes and retreats.

Her journey onto this path evolved out of her desire to help people achieve a more conscious and holistically balanced life and open themselves up to their true potential. Her objective is to help people improve and maintain their quality of life by providing avenues for self-transformation, wellness and personal fulfilment.
